01.Acceptance

Your use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms and of our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the site.

02.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally allowed to buy the products you order.

03.Your account

You do not need an account to browse or order. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

04.Orders & pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy the product at the listed price. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund of anything paid — if:

• the product is out of stock or discontinued;
• a price or description was posted in error;
• the order looks fraudulent or violates these terms;
• we cannot ship to the delivery address.

All prices are in US dollars and, unless stated otherwise, exclude applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Any promotional discount is subject to the terms displayed with it.

05.Payment

All orders are Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier in cash at the time of delivery. We do not accept cards, bank transfers or online payments at this time. For wholesale customers, invoice terms may be offered on approved accounts on request.

06.Shipping & delivery

Orders are picked, packed and shipped from our West Seneca, NY warehouse. Delivery times and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

07.Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Certain items — opened cosmetics, hazardous materials and clearance items — are not returnable. Defective items are covered by a free return label.

08.Product warranties

All products are sold with the manufacturer’s original warranty, if any. DOD Pets does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. Warranty claims are handled per the manufacturer’s terms; email us and we’ll help route the claim.

09.Website content & intellectual property

The site design, layout, copy, logos, illustrations, product photography and code are owned by Double O Distribution LLC or its licensors and are protected by US and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, republish, scrape or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Brand names, logos and product images shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify authentic merchandise we sell.

10.Acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• Interfere with the site’s security or its normal operation;
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to harvest content or place orders;
• Resell products in violation of the manufacturer’s terms or applicable law.

11.Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the extent permitted by law, Double O Distribution LLC’s total liability arising out of or related to your use of the site or any order will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

12.Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or an order will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
