Double O Distribution LLC is a New York limited liability company operating a retail and wholesale storefront at doubleodistributionpet.com. Our ship-from and office address is 164B Slade Ave, West Seneca, NY 14224. For the purposes of applicable data-protection laws, we are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

• Order details: your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number when you place an order.
• Wholesale & partnership requests: business name, contact details and any resale documentation you send in.
• Messages: anything you write to us through the contact form or by email.
• Newsletter: your email address if you opt in.

• Standard log data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page and pages visited.
• Cookies and similar technologies used to keep the site working and to measure how it’s used (see section 5).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to run the business:

• Shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS and FedEx) to deliver your order.
• Email & form providers that deliver order confirmations, contact-form submissions and newsletters.
• Hosting and analytics providers that keep the website running and give us basic usage statistics.
• Government agencies when required by law, subpoena or valid legal process.
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets.

05.Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of cookies. Some are strictly necessary — they let the cart, checkout and login state work. Others help us understand how visitors move through the site so we can improve it.

06.How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required by US tax and accounting law (typically seven years). Support messages are kept for up to three years so we can respond to follow-ups. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every newsletter email.

07.Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that’s wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to our record-keeping obligations.

08.Security

We use TLS encryption in transit and restrict access to order data to staff who need it. Since all payments are made in cash at delivery, no payment details are ever transmitted or stored on our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information you share with us.

09.Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email if we have your address.
